Katherine Friesen Apartments

Katherine Friesen Apartments (aka KFA) consists of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Apartments are generally reserved for married students, graduate students, and upper-year undergraduate students. However mature undergraduate students and first-year students with significant dietary needs may qualify for apartments in their first year of studies, as available.

Kitchen:

  • Stove/oven, fridge with freezer, lots of counter and cupboard space and a stainless-steel sink
  • Ice cube tray, cutting board, pot holders/trivets
  • Garbage can, recycling bin, compost pail

Living Room:

  • Couch and loveseat or arm chair
  • Table and chairs
  • Desk and chair
  • Large bookshelf

Each bedroom:

  • Twin size bed with mattress
  • Drawers and shelves
  • Bedside table
  • Desk and chair

Bathroom:

  • Sink
  • Toilet
  • Bathtub shower
  • Mirror
  • Towel rack

Cost

Residence fees are paid at the beginning of each semester along with Tuition and other Fees. Residence fees cover all utility costs—heat, water, electricity, and wi-fi—in one convenient payment.
