Concord Hall

With a combination of suite-sharing bathroom dormitories, and one-bedroom apartments, Concord Hall provides additional privacy to students who thrive in quieter settings. With a common lounge in the center of each floor, there are a plethora of spaces to study and hang out.

Dorms

The dormitory space in Concord Hall is structured so that a single room and a double room share a bathroom located between the two rooms.

Single occupancy:

  • Twin size bed with mattress

Double occupancy:

  • 2 Twin size beds with mattresses (can be bunk beds or separate)
  • Drawers and shelves

  • 2 sinks
  • Toilet in separate stall
  • Shower stall with curtain
  • Shelves
  • Large mirror

  • Hi-Speed wi-fi

Cost

Residence fees are paid at the beginning of each semester along with Tuition and other Fees. Residence fees cover all utility costs—heat, water, electricity, and wi-fi—in one convenient payment.

Apartments

All apartments in Concord Hall are one-bedroom apartments and can be lived in alone or with a roommate. Apartments are generally reserved for upper-year students. However mature undergraduate students, graduate students, and first-year students with significant dietary needs may qualify for apartments in their first year of studies.

Kitchen:

  • Open concept Kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with freezer, lots of counter and cupboard space and a stainless-steel sink
  • Ice cube tray, cutting board, pot holders/trivets
  • Garbage can, recycling bin, compost pail
