The careers and trades that students of our Philosophy program have gone on to are as diverse and colourful as the students themselves.
Many CMU philosophy students have pursued or are currently pursuing graduate studies; they have obtained Masters and Doctoral degrees in various fields from major institutions, including Oxford. Of these, some have even gone on to teach as University professors.
Some of our students have found Ministry (pastoral, administrative church work, etc.) allows them to live out their philosophical impulses, as it requires them to lead self-examined lives, and help others ask life's big questions.
Our students have chosen to serve God and their communities as teachers, aboriginal relations workers, professional musicians, authors, magazine editors, lawyers, creative communicators and designers, counsellors, bike shop mechanics, doctors, businesspeople, entrepreneurs and brewmasters.
