9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Walk-up registration is accepted if you arrive at least one hour before your race start and pay an additional $20 walk-up fee. (This does not apply to the Kids’ race, though advance registration is strongly encouraged to help commissaires and reduce stress for the kids.) A paper waiver must be signed on site.

MennoCross is part of a larger Fall at CMU event. Come before your race and wander through our Farmers' and Makers' Market, or let your kids lose on the bouncy castle or fuel up at one of the food trucks (warning: this may result in slower lap times...).

Cyclocross is a form of bicycle racing that consists of many laps of a short course that features a variety of terrain and obstacles.

Just like the Mennonites, cyclocross originated in the low countries of Belgium and the Netherlands. So it is only fitting that there is an annual cyclocross race at CMU called MennoCross.

What began in 2006 as a fun, informal race with Prof. Chris Huebner and some of his friends has grown to become one of the biggest races in the Manitoba Cycling Association's cyclocross season. Come and discover why some people have called MennoCross one of the most fun and memorable sporting events they've ever participated in.
